Giving patients PPI during hospital stays will make a patient more comfortable, but I doubt the Doctor gives any reason for alarm. These drugs work well but you are blind to the long term effects. Being introduced to this drug in such a safe place is criminal. It has more dangerous side effects than anyone knows. Be careful.

Many of you report to my office with a complaint of being hypothyroid only to have been told by so are you. However, they have not gone far enough to document what you know to be true. Your thyroid gland most of the time is producing adequate amounts of thyroid. However, after it leaves the gland, the brain takes over and it responds to environmental cues, sleep, stress, exercise, etc. This your primary care provider that you are normal on testing. Guess what? They are correct!! But, response changes the activity of enzymes that control the conversion of your thyroid hormone to its more active form known as T3. This has to be assessed to adequately determine your true thyroid activity.

Fantastic!! My old mum used every one of these sayings, and, if I remember correctly, in all forms. And I do believe I've believed all of them at one time or another.

One can evade COPD if he/she is aware of its causes and possible risk factor of COPD like smoking, passive smoking, air pollution and genetics.

COPD is incurable to some extent but if one is diagnosed to be having it in early stages, it could be prevented to be fatal. So rush for COPD treatment if any such symptom is diagnosed.
Hope this info might be helpful..!!

Increasingly people are becoming immune to antibiotics. Their use, under medical supervision of course, should be limited to more severe infections.

There are natural treatments available

Stop shadow boxing with alternative medicines and start promoting them especially homeopathy. Born out of Dr Hahnemann's discontent with Allopathy (AKS Modern Medicine) homeopathy is a real shot in the arm which can easily avoid unwanted use of antibiotics and also help in fighting antibiotic resistant microbs
